Considered one of the deepest natural underground chasms with a vertical cavity of more than 500 meters, its home of thousands of swifts and parrots. If you visit it in the winter it is quite a spectacle as the steam from the warm water rises, giving it a mystical touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FIESTA DE LUZ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When art and tradition come to life the &#8220;Fiesta de Luz&#8221; arises, illuminating the main monuments of the capital city in multiple shades and here, the light is the painting! You can enjoy this light show during the Easter and Christmas season in the Historic Center of San Luis Potos\u00ed. Enjoy the night and be a witness to this form of art that San Luis has for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RUTA DEL MEZCAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All around the San Luis Potosi desert plateau and close to the capital city the mezcal distilleries have a long history of more than two hundred years. Visiting them and seeing their imposing masonry ovens and smelling the honey from the freshly cooked maguey heart will forever mark the way you drink out of a mezcal horn. Two centuries of experiences contained in an elixir clear as water, but stronger than thunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CENTRO HIST\u00d3RICO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beautiful squares and gardens give San Luis Potos\u00ed an air of tranquility that invites visitors to walk or get on board the tourist tram and to enjoy the buildings and monuments of the Historic Center. Don\u00b4t forget to visit the seven original neighborhoods that have existed since the founding of San Luis Minas del Potos\u00ed and each of their churches and their traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TAMASOPO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This municipality is surrounded by mountainous landscapes covered with abundant vegetation where the rivers are born and kilometers down the line give life to the incredible Tamasopo waterfalls. With beautiful formations of emerald-colored pools this site is ideal to enjoy with the family. In this town you can also find the magnificence of Puente de Dios where you can swim inside a cavern, beneath a natural rock bridge that surrounds the pools. Your trip is not complete if you don\u00b4t visit El Trampol\u00edn, a wooded area with an extension of almost 2 kilometers located in the surroundings of Agua Buena town. You can\u00b4t help but admire this place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL NARANJO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minas Viejas waterfalls with a height of almost 50 meters have a series of green pools perfect for swimming. Along with the El Salto waterfall with 70 meters and El Meco of 35, are true natural wonders located in in the municipality of El Naranjo, at the northwestern part of Huasteca Potosina. If you want to practice rappelling and other adventure activities, contact one of the specialized and authorized service providers in the area. You will enjoy it for sure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MUSEO CASA DEL REBOZO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you visit the capital city of San Luis Potos\u00ed, you can\u00b4t miss the only site in the world dedicated to the preservation, promotion and dissemination of the Santa Mar\u00eda del R\u00edo shawl; handmade pieces that have identified this new Pueblo M\u00e1gico as the &#8220;cradle of the <em>rebozo<\/em> in Mexico&#8221;. This recently inaugurated museum-workshop was born with the purpose of elaborating, exhibiting, studying, investigating, rescuing, guarding, promoting, and disseminating the elaboration and use of the different expressions of popular art of San Luis Potosi, in particular the \u201c<em>rebozo<\/em>\u201d. Since 1953, this place has been promoting creative processes worthy of local artisans through the school of the <em>rebozo<\/em>, as well as their meanings as cultural
